Refund policy:

All sales are final. We offer generous trial (DEMO) periods for all of our software. Please use the trial period to decide whether to purchase or not, before ordering. It is not necessary to uninstall the DEMO if you order the retail version - just register it.

Shipping policy:

We offer digital downloads of our software and do not ship CDs or any other types of media.  This software is the 30-day trial software and the full version when activated with a product key.  If you require a copy of an older version for any reason, please notify us via the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will send a link that you may use to download that version.
